Jeremy is a graduate of Auburn University of Montgomery & active community member. Mr.Kelly holds a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) certification and serves the chief compliance officer for KMS, a Certified Receivables Business (CRB).

Hashem Said is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia with almost a decade of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. Hashem's experience is concentrated in serving closely held and private equity owned companies in the real estate, service, and technology industry. Hashem brings deep experience in management reporting, investor and debt financing, and financial operations.
